Electronics Repair
We evaluate and repair your industrial electronics components to save you time and money while providing reliability. We provide free evaluation for all items sent to us for repair and all repairs come with a 1 year warranty. We repair many types of electronics components including industrial, solar, and commercial electronics components.
Robot Refurbishment
Whether you are needing one of the robots that you own refurbished, or are needing to buy refurbished robot, Sherman Industries has you covered. Our refurbished robots look and function like new and all come with a 1 year warranty. We can provide you with refurbished robot options for automation projects and robot cells that we provide.
Asset Management
Sherman Industries provides on-site asset management where a Sherman Industries employee is stationed at your facility to manage your MRO components. We will facilitate repairs, refurbishments, spare parts, and sometimes service calls to ensure you are saving money on your MRO components while decreasing downtime and providing the highest of reliability.
Cable & Harness Builds/Rebuilds
Instead of buying a new cable or cable harness from the OEM at high prices, send your cable or harness to us and we will reverse engineer it, make a print, and build you a new cable at the fraction of the cost. The only parts that we will ever reuse on a harness rebuild are any mounting brackets, plates, or motor covers that are part of the harness. We can also make custom modifications such as length, cable type, and more at your request. We can also build any custom cables or harnesses that you need.
Robot Preventative Maintenance
Keeping your robots up to date on their preventative / periodic maintenance schedule is important to ensuring reliable and optimal performance, as well as reducing the chance of a hardware failure or loss of data or calibration.
